Refund policy
At V-Trendz, every item is custom-printed specifically for you the moment you place an order. Because we do not hold inventory, we have a specific set of guidelines regarding returns and exchanges to ensure the best service.
1. Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives with a manufacturing defect, printing error, or was damaged during transit, we will provide a free replacement or a full refund.

Timeframe: You must report the issue within 30 days of product delivery.

Requirements: Please email us at admin@v-trendz.com with your order number and a clear photo showing the damage or the print error.

No Return Needed: In most cases, you do not need to ship the damaged item back to us.
2. Wrong Size, Color, or Change of Mind
Because each product is unique and produced only once ordered, we do not support returns or exchanges if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind.

We provide detailed Size Charts on every product page. We strongly encourage you to review these before purchasing to ensure the perfect fit.
3. Lost Packages & Incorrect Addresses

Address Errors: V-Trendz is not responsible for orders lost due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer. Please double-check your details at checkout.

Lost in Transit: If your package is lost and the tracking hasn't updated for 14+ days (domestic), please contact us so we can investigate with the carrier.
4. How to Start a Claim
To report a problem, please contact our support team at admin@v-trendz.com. Include your Order ID and the necessary photo proof of the issue. Our team will review your request and process your replacement or refund within 2-3 business days.
5. European Union "Right of Withdrawal"
If you are a customer located in the European Union, you typically have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification.
Exception for Custom Products: In accordance with Article 16(c) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.
Because V-Trendz products are printed on demand and unique to each order, all sales are final once the item has entered production, and the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply. This does not affect your statutory rights in the event of a damaged or defective product (see Section 1).
6. Statutory Legal Guarantee (EU Only)
Under EU rules, if a product you bought from V-Trendz is faulty or does not look as advertised, you have a legal right to a minimum 2-year guarantee at no cost. For Print-on-Demand items, if your product arrives defective or develops a manufacturing fault, we will provide a free replacement or a full refund as outlined in our "Damaged or Defective Items" section.
