Shipping policy
At V-Trendz, we create our unique, high-quality designs only when you place an order. This "print-on-demand" approach helps us reduce waste and ensures every garment is freshly made for your special event.
1. The Fulfillment Process
Because we custom-print every item, your order goes through two phases:

Production Time: This is the time it takes to print, quality-check, and pack your item. This typically takes 2–5 business days.

Shipping Time: This is the time the carrier (USPS, UPS, or DHL) takes to deliver the package to your door.
2. Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery estimates depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Note: Total delivery time = Production Time + Shipping Time.
3. Shipping Rates
We offer flat-rate shipping to keep costs transparent:

Domestic (US): Standard shipping starts at approximately $4.75 for the first item.

Economy (US): Available on select items starting at $3.99.

International: Calculated at checkout based on destination.

4. Order Tracking
Once your order is handed over to the carrier, you will receive an automated email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking link to update. You can also track your status on our [Order Tracking Page].
5. Customs & Import Duties (International)
For orders outside the USA, V-Trendz is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or VAT taxes applied by your local government. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping costs.
6. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct. Once an order is sent to production (usually within 2 hours), we cannot change the destination. V-Trendz is not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
