Terms of service

By completing your purchase at V-Trendz, you agree to the following terms:

  • Custom Production: You acknowledge that each item is printed on demand specifically for your order. Production begins immediately to ensure timely delivery for your selected event or festival.

  • Final Sale Policy: Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for "change of mind," incorrect color choice, or wrong sizing. Please refer to our Size Guide before purchasing.

  • Damaged/Defective Goods: We stand by our quality. If your order arrives damaged or with a printing error, we will provide a free replacement or full refund if reported with photo proof within 30 days.

  • EU Customers: In accordance with EU Law (Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU), the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to our custom-made, print-on-demand goods.

  • Shipping: V-Trendz is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or for orders lost due to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
